What does Stack18 do?
Stack18 helps companies build, modernise and run technology. We offer an AI-native delivery platform (Agentic SDLC), six ready-made business systems, technology services, enterprise AI transformation through dedicated Transformation Pods and a venture studio, Stack Ventures. We also run the Stack18 Marketplace, a research directory of third-party software and AI agents.
How is solution pricing calculated?
Each module has a one-time build and setup price in Indian rupees, excluding GST, and each solution comes in Launch, Grow and Scale editions at 10–20% below their combined module price. Bigger modules include the smaller ones they contain, so nothing is charged twice.
How do service engagements start?
With a free 30-minute consultation, then a short fixed-price first step such as a discovery sprint or assessment, before any larger commitment.
What is the Enterprise Transformation Pod?
A dedicated multidisciplinary Stack18 team on a 12, 24 or 36 month annual contract, in Foundation (6–8 specialists), Scale (12–20) or Enterprise (25+) sizes. It combines strategy, engineering, AI, data and operations and is accountable for a shared transformation scorecard. Many enterprises start with a free 60-minute leadership briefing and a focused first engagement.
How does Stack18 govern AI work?
AI agents execute work on the Agentic SDLC, and your people approve requirements, architecture, releases and production changes at five governance gates. Every decision is recorded in an audit trail, your code, data and deliverables stay yours, and your data is not used to train models without your prior written permission.
