How much does Stack18 cost?
Ready-made Stack18 solutions are priced once, in rupees and excluding GST, from ₹1.6L for a Launch edition to ₹13.95L for the largest Scale edition, with no per-user fees. Services start with a fixed-price discovery of 1 to 4 weeks, then run as a fixed-scope project of 4 to 16 weeks or a monthly dedicated team. Enterprise Transformation Pods run on 12 to 36 month annual contracts.

Pricing questions.
How is pricing calculated?
Each module has a one-time build and setup price in rupees, excluding GST. Editions bundle modules at 10–20% below their combined price. Bigger modules include the smaller ones they contain, so nothing is charged twice.
Are there monthly or per-user fees?
No licence or per-user fees. You pay for cloud hosting on your own account and any third-party usage such as WhatsApp, payment gateway or AI model charges. The Stack18 Care plan for updates and support is optional, from 15% of build value per year.
How much does a custom project cost?
It depends on scope, so we fix the price after a short discovery of 1 to 4 weeks. For comparison, typical Indian agency quotes for comparable custom builds are often ₹5–20 lakh or more.
How long does it take to go live?
Launch editions typically go live in 3–5 weeks. Grow and Scale editions are delivered in phases over 6–14 weeks, depending on modules and integrations.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices on this page are in rupees and exclude GST.
