We believe technology creates its greatest impact when it creates opportunities for people. Through Stack Gives, we aim to use our knowledge, resources and ecosystem to make a meaningful difference in the communities around us.
Stack18 builds technology for businesses. Stack Gives is how we point some of what we’ve learned, and some of the people who learned it, at problems that matter beyond a client’s roadmap.
We think opportunity is the most useful thing technology can create: a first digital skill, a first job, a first company. Software gets people there faster when it is shared with the people who would not otherwise get it.
Stack Gives is young. We would rather start small and do it properly than announce numbers we haven’t earned. This page will show what we do, and what it achieved, once it is real.
Under each area are directions we intend to explore. They describe where we are heading, not a record of past work.
Making technology and digital knowledge more accessible.
Using technology to help solve meaningful social challenges.
Supporting local communities, initiatives and grassroots efforts.
Creating pathways for young talent, aspiring entrepreneurs and underserved communities.
Nothing has been announced yet. These cards show how each initiative will appear: name, description, focus area, photography and verified impact. We will not publish donation amounts, beneficiary counts or impact figures until they are confirmed.
