All Wrike plans and sources

Zoho Projects is far cheaper at every comparable tier. Our arithmetic on reported annual prices for 10 users gives about $480 a year on Zoho Projects Premium ($4 x 10 x 12) and $1,080 on Enterprise ($9 x 10 x 12), against $1,200 on Wrike Team ($10 x 10 x 12). For 25 users, Wrike Team no longer applies because it is reported for 2 to 15 users, so the comparable Wrike plan is Business at about $7,500 a year ($25 x 25 x 12), against $1,200 on Zoho Premium ($4 x 25 x 12) and $2,700 on Zoho Enterprise ($9 x 25 x 12).

Wrike's free plan is the more generous starting point if its reported unlimited users hold: a team larger than Zoho's three-user free cap can stay free on Wrike, though without automation. Wrike's paid plans then step up quickly and add user bands, while Zoho's price rises gently.

Compare features per dollar rather than plan names. Wrike's advanced automation allowances, request forms and resource management sit on higher tiers, and Zoho's Enterprise adds custom roles and SSO at $9. Prices changed on both sides in 2026, so confirm current terms.

Integrations and ecosystem

AI capabilities

Zoho Projects lists Zia Search on Enterprise. Wrike offers AI features with quotas that rise through its higher tiers, with its top AI quotas bundled into custom-quoted Apex contracts. We did not test output quality for either product.

Security, deployment and administration

Strengths and limitations

Zoho Projects and Wrike: each option, in balance.

Zoho Projects

Strengths and limitations from the profile

Strengths
  • Reviewers report a very low entry price of about $4 per user per month on annual billing.
  • A free plan for a few users lets small teams try Gantt charts and basic project management before paying.
  • Premium is reported to include unlimited projects, project templates, time tracking and blueprints.
  • Support is offered through email, live chat and toll-free phone, according to TechRepublic.
Limitations
  • The free plan is small, and sources disagree on its limits (3 or 5 users, 2 or 3 projects).
  • Premium is reported to cap at 50 users, so larger teams need Enterprise.
  • Custom roles, single sign-on, custom fields and user hierarchy are reported to need Enterprise or above.
  • This profile relies on independent sources, so plan details should be confirmed with Zoho.

Wrike

Strengths and limitations from the profile

Strengths
  • A free plan with unlimited users lets teams evaluate Wrike before paying.
  • Business includes custom workflows, request forms and time tracking at a published $25 per user.
  • Per-user automation allowances are stated for every tier, from 50 to 3,000 actions a month.
  • Pinnacle and Apex provide analytics, resource management and governance for large organisations.
Limitations
  • Business requires at least five licences, so small teams can pay for unused seats.
  • Enterprise was retired for new purchases in January 2026, and above Business pricing is now a sales conversation.
  • Metered AI actions from April 2026, paid action packs and add-ons such as Whiteboard at $15 per user raise real cost.
  • Team is capped at 15 users and Business at 200 for self-serve purchase.
  • Cost reviewers report that integration and automation features common elsewhere need higher tiers or add-ons.
